2011 Legislative Session, Talking Politics

Believe it or not, we are not too far off from the beginning of the Texas Legislative Session. The 82^nd Session will begin on Tuesday January 11^th, 2011, and once again ACCA-Texas will be monitoring issues that will most likely include insurance, sheet metal worker licensing, margins/franchise tax, potential new refrigerants, and many other aspects of the HVAC industry. Our voice will remain strong, however, we do need your help and support in contributing to the TACCA-PAC. With the primaries upcoming, and the November General Election eight months away, our support of candidates who are favorable to our positions needs to remain firm. Supporting the TACCA-PAC is one of the most important aspects of our Legislative Agenda, and we look forward to your ongoing and continued support.
